ABOUT GUSTAVO
Gustavo’s dedication to optimizing human movement began under the tutelage of the kinesiologist and athletic trainer of the professional basketball team he played on.
For almost two decades, he has been a respected and well sought-after massage therapist, movement, and mobility specialist. Those under his care range from pre-operative and post-operative patients, professional athletes across all disciplines and individuals from all walks of life.
His Functional Therapy Technique is a fusion of over fifteen different techniques and certifications that include neuromuscular therapy, active release technique, myoskeletal alignment, postural assessment, medical massage, primal movement, anatomy trains and many others. The latest addition is an array of Thai massage techniques that he learned here in the US and abroad in Thailand under some of the most well-known teachers from across the globe. He holds instrument assisted manual technique certifications such as cupping, Rockblades, and body scraping.
From this wealth of experience, Gustavo tailors each treatment to help his patients achieve their goals of moving better and performing better.
